TheÂ usabilityÂ gurus at Webcredible.co.uk run a yearly usabilty check on 20 of the most popular high street websites. This year Marks & Spencers website has come out on top with 83% alongsideÂ WHSmiths who also scored a grand 83% .

The most areas found that could be improved were using the same form for logging on and registering, allowing customers to alter the number of products displayed on a page and changing the colour of visited links.
